Click-Aircon operates an online air-conditioning marketplace selling products through its e-commerce store. Final company registration, public address and contact details must be confirmed before publication.
Product descriptions, specifications, stock, pricing and warranty information are based on the information supplied for the relevant product. Missing technical information must not be guessed.
Orders remain subject to product availability, successful payment and any verification required by the selected payment provider. Out-of-stock products should be clearly marked. Backorders may only be enabled where approved.
Final prices and applicable charges are shown during checkout. Product orders are paid by EFT using the banking details and payment reference provided after checkout. Orders are processed after payment has been verified.
Delivery is intended across South Africa where courier or freight coverage allows. Customers may also choose Pick up at checkout from 385 Jan van Riebeeck, Pretoria North, Pretoria. Delivery charges and timeframes depend on destination, product type, size, weight, stock and the final courier arrangements.
Installation is optional and is not automatically included unless a product or package expressly states otherwise. Independent approved installers may quote and perform installation. The installer confirms the final site-specific scope, price, scheduling, workmanship warranty and payment terms directly with the customer.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and warranties are handled in line with the published policy pages and applicable South African consumer law. Final legal wording must be reviewed before launch.
